    xp seat

I took the seat off my ski to get it recovered because the vinyl was cracking. The lady thats recovering my seat said she tried to pull the vinyl off the seat and the foam was glued to the vinyl. I asked the lady thats recovering my seat if she can get new foam and she said she can't get it. Is there anywhere I can buy the foam or do I have to buy a new seat?
    thanks chris

Most of the time you just leave the old cover on and just staple the new cover over it. Unless you have big splits in the vinyl, it shouldn't be noticeable.

I talked to her about that but the tear is to big and the foam is split from side to side. The seat is in bad shape. Thats why I was trying to find out about foam. Thanks chris

I think if you go with hydroturf seats you can get the whole seats but that will cost some $$$$$$

Always leave the OEM cover on under the new cover. If you don't, your seat will weigh a ton if it gets wet.

Is this on your 97 XP? If so, I have a whole seat I need to sell. PM me if interested.

You cant leave the seat cover on it if it has a big nasty crack, the limited hulls have the cover glued to the foam, just find a used seat and recover to ur likin'

yea there is a huge crack in it. I was hoping to be able to find some new foam but I guess I'm going to have to get a new seat. This thing is getting expensive. haha thanks chris
