    Noticed something strange

    Ok so im in the process of installing my Riva box and i took off the J pipe and there is a section on the header that is gone it looks like it melted away. what do you think i was thinking lean EGT way to hot but the ski never shows any sign's of it running hot. Also another question about the hole location when drilling my hole. The diagram does not fit under the lip flush with the top when you slide cut out around the tie down ring. So do i slide it flush with the top or do i slide it till it stops on the tie down ring? One pic you can see how far my thumb has to go to hit the bottom lip the other is just a diff view and the last is the header.

    You are very lean My guess is that your RRFPR is not boosting fuel pressure as needed... I've been there As far as your thru-hull... by your picture... you have the template located properly... drill that puppy

    I guess i have some things to work out with this then before i burn a piston. Drilled the hold last night it turned out great thanks for reassuring me that was right just didn't want to screw that one up.

    If I remember correctly is'nt the c5 basicly the same as a x-charger? What injectors are you running and what do you have your base pressure set at?

    Yes i think it is the same and my base pressure vacuum line diconnected is 60psi with stock injectors. Something deff isnt working as advertised.

    You need to be running 42# injectors... and check your fuel pressure at WOT

    My guess is your around 57psi.
