    Thoughts on ET 137mm wheel?

Anybody have any real world experience with this mod? I know you don't have to add anything along with it like valve train upgrades, ecu, or other, but wondered if it gave you some good power increase over the stock X blower wheel???

I think most of the ET guys are running the 68/140. The 137 should be similar in boost to the X-charger pro series upgrade wheel. I know a few people have ordered those but I haven't seen any results yet.

    Thx SeaGoat.

Saw one in classifieds and just wondered if worth the money.

Didn't quite want to spend everything you had too in order to properly run the 68/140. Looks like the 137 is a simple drop in only and can give you 12+ lbs of boost vs our stock 9.5.

I am looking at doing something like this, new riva waterbox / exhaust, and adding the adjustable venturi this year. Wanted to stay around 1500 bones.

You know, if you remove the flame arrestor from the intake manifold it's supposed to give you about a pound more boost. I've heard the ic relocation kit is supposed to be good for a pound too but I don't believe it. Either of these sc options combined with a relocated ic and empty intake could be a real arm puller. I agree, it's cost prohibitive to run with the big dogs.

There are a number of good threads discussing this wheel, all positive. It puts out 12 lbs boost at 8100 and 13.5 at 8500+ and seems very similar in performance to the Rude1.

dhoad had one for sale, you may want to contact him, he has alot of good info on it. I would think you would want to bump up to 48lb or 50lb injectors and through in a riva or rotax racing ecu. This would give you a good boost over stock.
