    Cool Thermostat

Planning on putting in RR I/C in my RXP should I just remove the Thermostat? I run 90% of the time in Fresh water.

The RXP is a closed loop cooling system. If you haven't modified it then it doesn't matter if you're running fresh or salt water. There's anti freeze circulating thru your engine and it uses the ride plate as a heat radiator. Only the exhaust and intercooler have raw water pumped thru them. Don't pull the thermostat. Just flush your ski after every ride. That rinses out the exhaust and intercooler.
