Just bought an FZR, quick question...
Just picked up an FZR and I gotts 2 questions...
1. What do ya'll think is a good break in time for the FZR? My FX HO was something like 3 hours below 30mph.
2. Im looking for a little more acceleration and some more top speed (80mph is good) So what parts do ya'll recomend for that?

Break in --- warm it up for a good 5 minutes at idle and then let her rip. No sustained wide open throttle passes, vary your speed for the first 3 hours or so, and you're done.
Mod to get to 80 --- read through the threads in this forum (Yamaha 4 Stroke Performance).

on all my skis, ive done 2 hrs of no more than half throttle, then 8hrs of "easy" full throttles, then service, then another hr of half throttle, then "go time"
