    short v. long prop tool which is better

    Title says it all, just wondering which one people prefer over the other. Or if one is easier to use than the other.

    Long tool all the way!

    Short tool will do the job though but won't grab as deep with the nose cone in place.

    also whats the deal with the nose cone on or off I can remember what everyone was doing.
