    Carb rebuild kits for '95 xp800's

    I'm looking for the correct ones, but cant find them anywhere!!can someone point me in the right direction please?!

    the 95's had different carbs then the 96's?

    Gorilla,

    I would get the rebuild kits from PPG, they will know what you need.
    Give them your information about your ski.

    do you got link to go to?....

    The the reason why i'm leaning towards a rebuld rather than just a cleaning is i personally dont know if it's ever been done before and for peace of mind i'd rather have it done....so basically when said and done im looking at $100 for the rebuild kits($50 per carb?)

    I would not use anything other than genuine Mikuni kits, but thats just me.

    Jerrys store has the Mikuni Carb rebuild kits, thats where I got mine...but you said you couldnt find any, are the 95 carbs different from the 96?

    i thought that the only difference in the 95.5 from the 96 was the intake ans some charging parts...96XPSS knows for sure

    They are different.
    The 95 XP800 was setup for Racing.
    The following were different, Timing, Computer MPEM, Pump, Cylinders, Driveshaft, Carbs jets for LS and HS, Seat, I think that is all, but I could be wrong.
