    new mods require more work

Well we got a 60* day(water was 39*) yesterday so i went out to test the new mods.
With the stuff listed the motor skips at 8180-8200 at WOT.
The most i could GPS muster was 69.8MPH backing of the throttle
almost half way to get the rpms to stay at 8060 or so.
I am gonna install the 82 Nozzle and go back out, well if we get another
    60* day I will.
Was fun walking the ski into the water as up here they removed the docks
    were we launched.
It still has a stock grate that I plan on modding soon also,(waiting on some pics on how to)
It sometimes cavitates for an instant if you snap it WOT.
Holeshot is still very good when its not cavitating.
I did notice way better turning on throttle with the Riva pro series nozzle.

Just swap for a Riva Grate and pick up 3mph...
Ditch the Riva Air for a 4" Kanaflex, that ET needs AIR!!!
Repitch the prop to match a ring, and you will be 75+

My father's T-X clocked a 66.5 @ 7980rpm...We then pulled the FA out, tossed in a Kanaflex with R&D, Riva grate, and repitched the OEM prop about +1.2mm...and pulled 71's with any fuel load, with a peak of 72.5 @ 8000

Next on the list is RE's and rideplate holes filled...

This will be an interesting thread to follow. Definitely ditch the riva air and go with kanaflex. That's my next mod.

You are hitting the REV limiter. If you have an 81mm ring try it. Pull the stock grate. It seems that the WORX grate is best for an RXTX for hook up and holeshot. That 15/22 may need some work, too. As cold as it is for you right now, you could wait on the 4" DIY intake till later in the season. 4" is really the way to go. Oh yeah don't run the RIVA intake with the sock on the filter.
