GP1200R goory oil inside the heads
Can I get some advise on what the issue might be with my heads. I do want to point out that the ski's stock cat was completely block and dislodged from it's housing. So whatever exhaust, oil that was trying to get out probably had trouble because it was so restricted. The same looking green oily build up is in the bottom of the hull. So it found a way out of somewhere that I have not found.
Also, the power valves cycle like they are supposed to when I cut the ski off but them seem to kick in late or somewhat slow. Could the gooey stuff be messing them up. The ski has ~125 hours.

I have never seen this but my opinion is it looks like water mixed with the oil.

Could be from a leaking gasket, there are three possible the exhaust manifold, the head and the base gasket. Could also be a crack, time to start inspecting for the possible causes.

I did read your post but mine is not making it all the way to the back of the ski. Its stopping somwhere and spilling in the hull . Is yours actually spiting out the rear and getting on your pump?
I will be trying to take a closer look tonight. Let me know if you find anything that might help, I will do the same. Looks like i may throw some 1300 pistons if I have to do a complete strip down. Might as well take advantage of having to take it all apart I guess.

Could this be from incorrectly flushing the ski?
