Thumbs up Stainless replacement gasket for Holeshot kit

This part replaces the GP1300R, GP1200R, or XL1200LT gasket that comes with the dry out kit which go bad causing water leakage.

You have the choice of aluminum (.085 inch thick) or stainless (.075 inch thick). The part is cut using a water jacket cutting machine so all cuts are smooth and precise. Just put a little high temp silicone on both sides and install.

Aluminum - $24.95 shipped to the US.
Stainless steel - $29.95 shipped to the US.

Will ship elsewhere but buyer is responsible for the difference. PayPal is accepted.

How thick are these? I made mine from .015 SST shim stock, it has been in the ski since 05. This is much nicer, seeing how I cut mine with shears and poped the holes with a shim stock punch. The only thing I would worry about is salt water attacking the aluminum thats why I chose Stainless.

    They are .085 inches thick.
Although you shouldnt have a problem with these, we will be looking into SS and I will get back with a price.

    Nice work Gus.
.085 will last a very long time is ski is flushed after riding. Much longer than rubber, which seems to last 2 years and splits.

Yes, but it replaces the gasket that comes in the Jetworks Flow Control Adapter Kit because they go bad and defeats the purpose of even having the kit.

Thanks, but I cant take the credit. Brett at Jet Trendz is the one that thought of it and had them made since he replaces so many of them. I am the one that is marketing them.

I'll let him know. We have 7 of the aluminum ones on hand and depending on the demand we will have more made. We will also get some stainless in stock as well, just to give the customers the option.
