    90 650 lx to 701 conversion

    I am almost ready for the water, but have one problem to overcome with my 701 conversion. I know one of you guys on here has allready done this, so what I am wondering is what to do about the exaust? The stock 701 manifold was able to be clearanced to fit, but not the muffler. I also have a protec pipe, but it would have to be hacked up and rewelded to work.
    I was wondering about the coffman and factory pipes. Maybe a superjet coffman pipe could be cut and turned to a 90 degree on the end. If anyone has already done this please help. I don't care to here about all the pump performance issues, or how stupid it is to convert an lx, I just want to get a pipe that will clear.

    only one member I know of thats done this.. but he's not on here that much.. try to p/m BULLRAIDER ,he did a 701 in the WR/LX with a pipe
