Why don't I have to worry about AFR...

when I install a 4" intake? I would think that more air flow would lean me out...does the ECU adjust to compensate for the increase of air flow? I ask this because I'm doing an aluminum 4" intake and do not want to burn anything up. Thanks.

Yes, the ECU can handle approximately 10 lbs. of boost before a different map or a combination of fuel controls are necessary (rrfpr, fuel controller, different ECU etc.)

Just a 4" intake is going to leave you well under 8.5 lbs. let alone 10.
