    RXP sc Drive shaft plug?

is there a rubber bumper (drive shaft plug) in the end of the drive shaft where it goes into the impeller. Parts diagram doesnt show one on that end but the shaft has a hole for what looks like a plug. I know my old 2 stroke seadoos had a bumper in both ends of the drive shaft.

Hi Chris... The hole/indentation you see is the "index" used when the shaft was cut in the lathe. There is no plug/sleeve on the impeller end of a 4-Tec drive shaft.
