    My free flow Exaust

I took a short piece of PVC pipe and a rubber coupler, and flipped over the OEM rubber hose that the ski came with to make my free flow exhaust. Take a look......

I don't know. Maybe it is just me, but the PVC sounds better than the metal. Again, it could be all the years of drinking beer in night clubs that has my hearing effected.

Yes the battery box fits, plenty of room. Really, I think is is very quiet. I never got a chance to run it with the stock sound suppression.....I blew it to pieces (With huge backfire!!) the first time I started the motor after rebuild!!! Must of been something flamable in there?LOL!! 69.3MPH

I was just working with what I had,I saw that I could make a free flow without buying that expensive blue colored hose that some people sell.
