Pump all stuck together.
My pump assembly is all stuck together. Any tips? I have tried prying... heat... everything I could think of? Any suggestions?

pump shaft usually sticks in the intermediate
try going up thru the grate hole and spraying some penetrating oil into the intermediate
also tap on the driveshaft thru there to see if you can free it up

Thanks for the quick replies. The problem is not getting the pump out of the boat. I did that. I got the shaft out of the intermediate shaft, too. It is just that the whole pump assembly is stuck together. Took out all the bolts. Tried heat, PB, etc. Cannot get the several sections apart.

see post number 8 of my reply. the sections are stuck together. Use the tension technique I mentioned and apply it to the little "ears" on the stator housing and wear ring liner. USe a rubber mallet as well

to prevent any damage, USe a rubber mallet as well when using force to separate.

I had the same problem yesterday
take a propane torch and heat up the sealant aroung the edges
then take a flathead screwdriver (or something similar) and wedge it between the pry points mentioned above, I hit the screwdriver I was using as a wedge with a hammer and it slowly opened the sections apart, repeat on other side

Going to see what I can do with it tomorrow.
