    Welcome to the forum.

    Here is what you need.

You will then need bars, grips, throtle cable, trim start housing.

Sorry, i thought you meant the complete umi setup. I am not sure about changing out just the bars on stock steering system. Cant say i have seen that done much.

All the steering stuff, is on online store and on home page "handlebars and grips"

My bad, just read what you wrote.

I went with the UMI a month ago, took forever for it to arrive as there were production problems but it was well worth the wait.

From what I understand UMI only makes the steering system, not the actual handlebars. The handlebars that I used with mine are made by Renthal...standard mx bars I believe.

I have swapped out the bars on my ski and still using the stock riser. Just order some 7/8 handle bars for a moto x bike and then you need the UMI throttle and the trim/start button housing from the store. Oh dont forget the throttle adaptor. Jerry sels the bars as wel. Then you just have to remove all of the plastic from around the stock bars get the old 1s off and replace with your new 1s. Gives the ski a racey look with the plastic removed. It looks half way as good as the UMI but you dont get the improvement in handeling. The stock buttons fit straight into the alloy block. You may have to bend/adjust the throttle leaver to get full pull. R88
