    RXP Starting Problem

    Hi There, i have a rxp and it has a starting problem, When you press the button you here a clicking noise, coming from the black pack where the fuses are. Im not sure if its coming from there but it feels like it is when you press the button,, What could this be Or starter motor??? please help cheers

    Starter relay about $40 easy to change. attaches to the side of the fuse box. Common failure.

    charge your battery first then try it

    How old is the battery? If you press and depress the start button a few times and the ski eventually starts it's the starter relay. Easy to replace. Common problem on these skis.

    Not too sure about the bat, ive always had a optimate hocked up so bate should be fine..... I gave the Fuse box a wack with my fist and she started fine......??? Will change relay,,, where abouts are they located??

    Yes, hitting that area can cause the starter relay to work some times. Look in the front under the storage tray to the left side. You will see two large red wires connect to a brown piece. The brown piece is the starter relay.
