I'm in trouble
My wife took your guys advice and we sold the 97 760 waveventure
She is buying a Seadoo RXT NEW ( wife had final say in this ) Had to be a 3 seater
I'm still have my old 97 GP760 and it is running a lot better with With the K&N FA's and ride is good now.
What would be my best speed upgrade I have about 600.00 to spend.
Please don't tell me to sell it b ecouse that is out of the question right now but a bit more speed and quicker hole shot would be nice.Would a milled head and prop be the best if so what size of prop?

I would recommend Group K.
Mild port, compression bump and a carb rejet. I'll bet it would be about 500.... just enough left for an impeller.
I'll bet you he can get it to behave like a stock 97 GP1200, just lighter and better acelleration.
Do not buy a new impeller. There will be many good used impellers out there for sale.

I think you will really be impressed with the RXT. My buddies performed very well at Norris this year. I am thinking about getting one now myself.
