Here is a larger version for you to print if you need to. This is a great document to keep by your side at all times.

Hey John how about for stock carbs. just use restictor jet just like for novi? Because I know the stock carbs have restrictor jets inside of carbs I have it hooked up just like it shows without restrictor jet, No reading

The guage will need to be just before the restrictor jet (between the jet and the carb itself because that is where the fuel pressure is built from). The pressure is always "behind" the restrictor jet so to speak, and on stock carbs the pressure is being built "inside" the carb itself.
So with stock carbs you will have to take out the internal jet and move it "down the track" a little bit and put the guage connection inbetween.
The way you have it now--the fuel is on it's way back to the tank with no pressure attached to it.
Should work just fine. Hope that this helps.

sorry if that response sounded childish---you may have known all of that already. I apologize if you did.

Nope sounds fine thankyou. I did not want to pull the carbs back off and drill out the restrictor jets for this. Unless there is another way I will wait to put on diffrents carbs for my other motor coming in
