Post How long to get an impellar repitched?

I sent both of my spare impellars to Impros about 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows received on the 11th of March. I called last week and got put on hold and after 20 minuted hung up and called back. I got Voice mail then and left a message. No call back on that. Sent an Email, no reply....

Just how long is this going to take, if I ever do see them again ?

Email seems to be the best way to reach them. I sent Dave an em last week & he called me back the same day.

when i ordered a prop from impros about 2 weeks ago it took dave about 3-4 days to repitch and setback my propthen another 5 days in shipment. i'm on eastcoast while he's on westcoast. but i know he was getting busy with orders. the wait is worth it.

    Forever

I had a similar issue with them - sent an impeller after talking to Dave on the phone, included the form with requested work, and special instructions to ship 2nd day air at my expense to have back by a certain date.

The impeller arrived early Feb (the 6th), and was ready to ship on 2/17. I know this because Dave called me and left a message that it was shipping out, for arrival on the 19th.

It arrived on the 26th, the day after I left for Havasu.

Dave was willing to try and ship an impeller to the place I was staying for me to have on the 27th, but it was too late at that point - I couldn't test it, etc. before racing.

Seems like a nice guy who wants to do right by everyone, but maybe he needs a helper or something.

Funny; seems like a lot of the 'great' whatevers, be it tuners, builders, impeller pitchers, etc. can't figure out simple stuff like email, phone calls, and shipping. I wish I was talented enough to be poor at customer service.....
