    Gas Valves install

    How difficult are these to put in on a GPR? Is there any grinding or modification to the cylinder that needs to be done to put these in?

    Hardest part for me was moving the exhuast manifold to get to #1 and #2 cylinders.

    Valves do need to fit the cylinders ie: 1200,1300, 1390 etc. I know you could purchase new ones for either the 1200 or 1300, but bigger motors needed to be trimmed and fit for proper clearance to the piston when it is in the fully closed position.

    This is for 2000 1200 GPR. I have the engine sitting on the table so I figure it would be easier that way if I decide to do it. Good install pics. So I would not have to do any grinding or modification to the Power Valve part of the cyclinder? Is there issues with using the Factory Pipe tripple pipe manifolds?

    No modification needed if they are 1200 valves going into a 1200 same answer if you are running triple pipes.
