    prop suggestions/ tips

    ok, guys I'm still a learning tuner,

    I have a lot of mods on my 03 gpr and i just bought an 05 pump assembly. It came with a 14/20 concord. I haven't installed it because i think I want a DF but i'm not sure if the difference is worth it. I am probably going to need a deeper pitch but want to get a baseline with the 14/20 first. with a 13/19 concord i was running 72.8 at 7400 rpm (800 ft)- and this was with the old style pump. i am going to use the 85 nozzle from my 03 and might go with the plastic wear ring before this is all over.

    my question is should i just play with this concord or should i trade up/ get a dynafly? this prop needs work done on it anyway, small nicks in the front of the blades.

    I dont think the 14/20 Concord is going to correlate to a 14/20 Dynafly. The roots of the props are way different.

    thats kinda why i'm asking, i don't know the difference in the two and want suggestion

    Dplate
    milled head
    3* key
    jims ff plate
    13/19 solas
    pump sealed
    800 grate
    racing arrestor R&D (all intake tubes removed)
    reed stuffers (protec)

    a lot of other small stuff, index plugs, step sponsons, clearing air passages, etc.

    All ski's are obviously going to be different but i would GUESS a 14/21 maybe a 14/22 if your ski is a freak....

    stay with concord or go to dynafly?

    I agree 14/21 MAYBE 14/22 I like to error on the lighter side so start with a 14/21.

    Dont waste your time with the Concord unless you are saving money up to get the DF

    i can get the df, i was just wondering if it was worth my time to mess with this concord

    Why maybe with a 14/22? I am planning on getting a new prop soon aswell but i really havent a clue about them.
