Can a SOLAS 13/19 be installed in an almost stock XLT?

I purchased an almost BRAND NEW SOLAS 13/19 from Brian "Suckmywake" back in 2007. I NEVER got around to install it because I blew the engine in July '07. Now that I'm rebuilding my waverunner, I'm debating whether or not to install the 13/19 on it now that I'm not planning on making any major upgrades. It will remain a stock 1200cc with the modifications seen below. Is it worth it & if so, what will I benefit from installing it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

Welcome back.....Its going to be tough to turn that 13/19 without compression or reeds to get the power up.

You could always have it repitched. Carl @ Island can help you with that.

Send it to Carl, 11/18.5 pitch. That is what I ran on my XL with an IR plate, intake, and pump plug kit. It was a fun setup.

Keith, what gain are we talking about here? 1, 2 mph? More? Less? & how much did Carl charge you? I just want to know whether or not it's worth it. Thanks for the suggestions guys!

Before you go sending out your prop to be pitched, Get your ski running throw it in and see what RPMs it turns. Then once you have that baseline Carl will know what he can pitch it to for you that will give you optimal performance. All skis are different!!
Its an extra step but will be more beneficial to you Vs taking the guessing game!

First of all guys? This is what I love about greenhulk. No question goes unanswered. Thanks everyone. Yeah, I pretty much have to look at my options. In the end I gues I just want to make sure that it's well worth it because remember, I'm not setting this ski up for racing anymore so unless it'll provide me with a 1-2mph gain, I won't see the point of it. A couple years ago, every .2,.4,.5 mph would mean the world to me because it all adds up but right now a steady 59-60 will be great. If the pitched prop gives me that extra mph, then it's worth it. Once again, thanks everyone.
