Ok, boys I know eveyone has there opinions on pumps, but I would like to talk about Skat pumps on a conversion and see what props you are running so I may have a guide to help me out.

I am Running a 158 Skat 12 vein Set back and as of now have two Swirl props.

I think your going to be really happy with the 158 Skat!! Get ahold of Oside, he had a few 158 DF that were cut in the back to fit the Skat pump. Setback is much different.

To hard to guess on what to expect out of the Swirl props, just thro em in there and see what ya got. Some of the root angles are different and perform very differently from one another with the same stamped number on it.

You don't need to, only needs to be bigger at the start of the prop hub where the water starts be under pressure. More then enough volume in front of the prop where there is no hub in the middle. The Yami pump tunnel is actually close to the same size as an RXP-X.

Thanks I will check with him and see. I really am not sure what WFO did and I wont post everything as I am paying him for all his tricks and don't want to say things I shouldn't. (HOPE you understand?)

Duke I really hope so as I have spent a lot of cash on this skat pump that I really hope it is awesome, but I would be lying to you if I didn't say I would be upset if it was 3-5mph slower than a HO.

Not in the same boat. Mine will have the Skat but the motor isn't broke in yet. Maybe next week I will have results.

I know a 158 in a tripple pipe GPR has a crazy holeshot.
