    Cool Compression check 250x question


    How much compression should i have on a good 250x, i wana make sure my 07 engine is in good shape and i dont have any manual shop on this subject.

    140 to 150 psi.

    I think has been answered before. Why does the manual say 172psi min? My motor with the 09 pistons are 160. Not even close to the 172 spec.

    160 compared to 172 is fairly close. What most factory specs say is the highest cylinder needs to be within X% of the lowest.
