    T-bolts and silicone couplers help

I want to get a t-bolt clamp for the exhaust where it meets the water box, what size is best?

    Also,

I am going to have some aluminum tubing bent to replace the intercooler factory rubber hoses. I will connect at each end with silicone couplers.

If staying with the same ID of tubing, what size ID should the couplers be and what size should the 4 t-bolt clamps be to clamp those suckers down good?

    This is on an Rxp-X....

Any other key locations where t-bolt clamps need to be used?

Thanks all... I'm going to get mine from silicone since I'll be ordering some couplers also.

A side from the water box is there anything else I should T-bolt clamp while I'm at it?

If its for the RXPX, yes your going to want to clamp SC-IC hose on the supercharger side... it is notorious for popping off, and if your doing it you might as well do all four ends.

PDX,, this is the guy i recently bought my clamps from, prices were pretty fair...more importantly the clamp sizes i used were part number 2793 for the 2.5" on sc-ic-tb... fyi 2792 is too small and 2794 will work, but take a little longer to tighten.. LOL i speak from experience. I did use Vibrant silicone... please be sure to go with good silicone, the cheap shit splits.

+1 on the sizes of clamps.!!!!!,
I was just fixing to post sizes but JP1300r, already did.
I used 300 (3 inch) on water box instead of 275 . replace them all and don't look back.... best insurance you can by along with a bilige!
