    Just raced stg1 P-X

    Hey guys

My RXT has X-SC w/3mm Wheel, RRFPR, injectors, 4" kanaflex intake, pump wedge, gibson muffler, stock grate, stock nozzle and 3 blades 15/19...My top speed on 69's

The RXP-X has Riva stage 1 plus free flow exhaust.

I beat him from the holeshot and accelerated him then he pulled me slowly but i still infront of him by 1 boat length.

    What do u think?

remember...I still use stock grate and stock nozzle

    Thanks in advance

With those big boy mods why are you running stock grate? You won't lose hardly anything in terms of acceleration and hook-up with the worx but will gain big speed.

ha, with those mods going from stock grate to worx you may pick up 3 mph, maybe more.

I think RXT stock nozzle is 83mm, stay with the 87 if you want to keep your monster acceleration

I wish i can guaranteeto get the 2-3 from the worx grate.

My current RPM is 8150 so i wonder if i will get any benefits from the reduction nozzle.

Maybe get 4 blades 15/20 would be better idea

I hate to be a nay sayer but aftermarket grates for the RXT in my opinion don't do a whole lot. I would venture to guess a loss of 1mph with improved hookup but no way 3+ mph. I tried a few grates but always went back to the stocker.
