    Um, welcome to the hulk...

You have posted in the Polaris PWC forum regarding power boosting the Suzuki engine in a Tigershark

    Why a Tigershark?
    Which model, which engine?

Why do you want to add Nitrous to a Tigershark engine?

Power boosting a PWC is complicated by the fact that there is no gearbox. Just adding more engine power makes the stock impeller in the jet pump spin too fast, hitting the engine rev limiter.

The impeller must then be changed to load the engine just enough to keep the boosted engine RPM in the powerband, just below the rev limiter.

The same 'steeper pitch' impeller that under boost will produce more thrust and speed, when the boost is off will bog the engine at low RPM, and feel very slow - slower than stock.

    Where to find the parts

Where would I find a impeller and what other hi-perf parts are avalibe for this engine?

You didn't answer any of the posted questions.

This is still the Polaris forum, not the Tigershark forum.

I don't know where to look for performance parts for Tigershark PWC.

You might try asking in the Tigershark forum

The tricky thing with impellers and modified engines is you need to know what HP, at what RPM, the engine will be turning at full throttle, then find an impeller with the appropriate blade pitch to load the engine just enough to keep it at that RPM at WOT. That produces the best top speed.

Many PWC tuners have shelves of different impellers they have purchased and tested while hunting for the best match with their modified engine.

There is a lot more information and aftermarket parts available for tuning other PWC brands, especially SeaDoo and Yamaha.

    OK Then

You are not much help on here for this particular model. I know they drag mikuni carbs on snowmobiles and mikuni and on most seadoos yami's and polaris. I do have a polaris and a seadoo but this one i want to experiment with. My pistons are cheap and so are impellers. I fix boat for a living so parts are cheap.
