Can a 215hp be turned to 255hp easily other than $

I am purchasing a used Speedster 200 and it has the two 215hp engines I had heard before the only thing different between 255hp and 215hp was a larger blower and throttle body? Sure its not that easy but I would love to have 510hp instead of 430hp

anywhere to find kits for the boats? guess alot of stuff for the PWC is interchangable for boat since same engine?

I guess it depends on what you consider easy?

    X-Charger
    X-Injectors (42s)
    ECU + BUDS set up
    Intercooler + Bracket
    I/C Plumbing

About $4500 for both engines, you might be better off buying the 255 version.

The new Speedster Wake 230 has twin 255hp engines, if you weren't set on buying used that would be a good choice.

To convert your's would cost around $4000 at the very least. You need 2 X-S/C's, 2 Riva Gen2 IC's (they are Seadoo OEM with a Riva sticker on it), 2 RRFPR's, and 2 new impellers. I don't know what the exhaust system looks like in the engine bay or how much room there is to fit the external IC, if you can find a way to fit the IC in there I don't see why it wouldn't work.

You could purchase the Fizzle XS Kit in the store to save some money over the X IC kits. Then you need 2 X chargers, 2 RRFPRs, and 2 impellers.

$270 for the props. $700 for the chargers. $430 for the intercooler kits. $390 for the RRFPRs. $3600 is the cheapest you'll get away with.

I agree! This is a much cheaper route and will give you the same (or better) performance.

based on danny's flow bench work, it would appear that some of the 255's power also comes from the revised exhaust, and the replacement of the j pipe.

You will be needing 42 injectors along with the RRFPR if you wana run in cool water. So add $400 for them. Not Cheap modifing the twin engine boats. R88

    speedster 200 from 215 to 255 x2

I am seriously considering something like what was mentioned with the 3600.00 option. Do you think that new injectors would really be necessary? the boat has been used very little, and near new condition.

So for 3000.00 i could have no less than 510 or so, that sounds like a sweet upgrade! Those full speed donuts don't quite work as well as the smaller speedster do, but with 510, you'd be hydroplaining doing donuts easily.
