    Longer Throttle Cable Needed...?

Quick question...I'm going to replace my stock '04 RXP handle bars with aftermarket UMI bars using the stock steering system. The bars I received are 29in wide X 2in rise X 4in pullback. This is part# X2-01200BKA which I believe is intended for Kawi models. However, I think they'll look okay on the RXP. My question is do you think the stock throttle cable length will work? My ski is still in storage, so I'm just trying to get a little help to be prepared in a few weeks. THX

I just put a set of the Renthal 32" bars from the store on and had plenty of excess cable.

So you're just putting aftermarket handle bars on the stock steering correct? If so you'll be just fine with the stock throttle cable

    Yep...just aftermarket bars. Thanks!
