do all wire connectors need to be connected including all efi connections for the solenoid to send power to starter?

hooked everything up and still nothen.it worked fine last fall when i shutter down for winter.jumped solenoid with wrench and lots of juice going to starter.all i did was move battery and ig. box switched wires leads from batt to starter as i needed a longer one to starter.might check 20 amp fuse if i can find it or maybe i have a bad ground from battery to back of starter.i hate it when this kind of sheite happens

does the display come on when you push the start button? If not check your kill switch or it might be the relay in the black box, the fuse are in the front of that box under the round cover
