    Rude Exhaust ???

I got a few questions, I got a used Rude Exhaust tip but it didnt come with the screws or backer plate.

I know I can silicon the heck out of the front when installing and the backside as well but what would you use as far as screws since I would be screwing directly into fiberglass???

Also, does the RIVA template work for this tip as well??

    Thanks

the screws are 1/4 20 X 1 1/2 You can use nuts on the back and the riva pattern will work.

I would find the right lenght screws and make a back plate or some big washers. I would not use any type of screws taping into hull. IT is best to drill the holes for screws via backing plate. THe screw holes are too close to exhaust hole, IMO to screw directly into fiber glass. Thats just me.

    YES

    Thanks
    Good Luck!

Got it installed today. Ended up buying a gasket sheet and cutting my own and then putting a lot of "the right stuff" all over it. It sure was a pain and def. need 2 people to tighten the bolts.
I am glad though that I checked how the holes lined up before I drilled using the Riva template bc they were off a bit and came very close to the main hole !!!
