reuse flywheel bolts
I just finshed a total rebuild on my 05 RXP motor. It had 06 flywheel bolts installed, can I reuse them without risk of failure?
I did order new bolts from Jerry but won't have them till mid week and I am hoping to break the motor in over the next few days then put in the new bolts next weekend. whaddya think

I wouldnt ever trust a TTY (TQ-to-yield) bolt to reuse it again.

The biggest problem with "jetski's" are the unloading and re-loading of the pumps - the wave jumpers and the racers are the hardest on the motors - normal rec guys and gals can get away with so much more - the motors are bullet proof for most - if you ride extreme - replace - otherwise - re-use.
Peace to all ride well.
