    87mm vs 85mm BOY DO I FEEL DUMB!!!

    i was getting my ski ready for this weekend and took a closer look at my nozzle and what do you know i have been running the 87mm with the new pump and not the 85mm i could of swore i had the 85mm on

    has anyone done a back to back test with a PORTED ski 87mm vs 85mm

    RPM?

    SPEED?

    and you still ran 77+ !!

    With the 05 pump KNR, you need the 85mm nozzle bro.

    Spud JUST tested this on an 05 pump without extension on a single piper and dropped 2mph with the larger nozzle.

    Has anyone tried the 87mm nozzle with a Wet Wolf AAT, might be the best of both worlds?

    It took my speed back to pre high pressure pump levels. It was at 72 and change. Enough where a couple GPS runs and it came off. What was weird was my rpm's were the same. I expected to gain 75-100 rpms. I inspected my prop, powervalves, plugs and compression. Everythings peachy. I am going to change the springs in the carbs to 95's.

    Next time out I'll disconnect the servo and make sure the valves are opening fully.
