Anybody have the actual specs for the VFIII spacer plate?
Primarily, the dimensions of the cage recess. No, I'm not going to try to copy one for myself, but I would like to try to machine a different set of reeds cages that should be capable of flowing a bit more than the current VFIIIs, but still maintain good petal life. It may or may not be possible, but when I get a bit more info, I will be sure to share.

Why not use the OEM reed plate ?

I mean use the reed plate to get the hole spacing. You really just need the thickness of the Fercho spacer in that case.

so you just need thickness of reed block body and foot print of base

If you could measure this (or the area that they go) that would be great...height, width, and depth, I can take it from there. My first concern is that these other reed cages are so big, that they may not be able to be made small enough (no they aren't the M16s). Thanks guys.
