    Well ski woun;t start, you press the button and nothing notta sound, no noise nothing, nothing, Switched cdi's, by-passed the start switch, It will start with a jump, when I touched the two bolts on the re-lay together.

    Its toast.
    They eventually melt inside.
    Ive only had to replace one.
    You cant do a lot of cranking without melting the relay inners.

    if ski is had to start,will fry relay.it will only carry so much current

    later cd
