Conversion Donor Ski
I have an RXP that would be a perfect scavenge ski for a conversion project. It is a 2004 hull with all 2005 internals. Basically, I took everything out of a wrecked 2005 RXP and put them into a 2004 hull. The hull is not in the greatest shape, but it has no major damage. The ski runs well and has about 75 hours on it. (I will have to verify when I get home though) I am going to sell it on ebay or Craig's list soon, but I thought I would give you conversion guys first crack at it. $5500 firm.
I'm in Texas, and if necessary, for an extra $500 I can throw in a Karavan double trailer with a tool box and gas can rack that needs a new axle.

No, other than a 4" air intake. It has a Riva grate and a 14/19 prop and lowered sponsons. It was built to be stock class legal for racing. And to update my original post, it has 114 hours.
