Dana Point to Avalon Race - OffSHOre Vid

Quick video of a 250x and a SHO ooking it out offSHOre.....this is the reason you need a BOV offSHOre (throttle chops)!! It's also the reason i'm keeping the C1 in my ski. If this doesn't get your blood boiling..... you need .

My quads and forearms r burning just watching this......

Yes, it was in the engine compartment. I don't run a BOV. This video is from my 06 rxp. I have more clips to chop out of the front & rear cams when I get some time.

Go here to see them, just look at the upload date next to the file to see the newest clips:

Where are you seeing a 250X and a SHO?

Jim, great video from your RXP, that thing sounds bad azz...

I hear Sea-Doos took all 3 podium spots. Lee Phan placed 1st, Pat Roque 2nd, and Paul Phan 3rd, congrats to all the racers on all skis!!!!

I was wondering the same thing? The camera ski doesn't even remotely sound like any 250x I've ever heard.

    Thanks Yo,
In the beginning of the clip there are 2 other ski's out there. A SHO & A 250. The ski that was hanging on was the SHO (taylor curtis) & he eventually passed me up & placed 10th overall. The 250 caught up again & we fought for a few more miles & I got him by 30 seconds or so at the line. I got 12th overall.
You can tell I was wimping out on the throttle towards the end. This was at around 24 or more minutes into the race & my throttle finger was getting "non responsive" so to speak. If you ride WOT in chop for long periods at a time yo know what i'm talking about. I was alternating between index & ring fingers, you can hear the brief rpm loss during the transition.. LOL . Build up those forearms & grip for these kind of races!!

JIMBO! I dont recall your ski being that loud. Maybe its just because its in the hull. It sounds like a drag car though! LOL...

RIP...This was a tame ride at best. Not too much action, ocean was pretty calm. A few "GOOD" spots in the race. The day before was rougher...Sounds familier...Except it was, The day before was flat...LOL.

I will admit it, I fell short of forearm strength to control my throttle.
This will not happen for the LB2Cat race... I hope..
