    want to change my head on my vx 110 any help

    found out that fx ho and vx 110 have the same motor but the fx has 50 more hp. so i was told by the dealer to change the head can anyone help me out wit this. thanks john

    not worth it. By the time you spend the $$$ upgrading just get the FX and you'll be very happy

    There are other differences, too. The HO has a throttle body for each cylinder, max RPM is 10000, and burns more gas as well. The latter may be achieved with the Powershot tuner.

    But seriously just sell it, cut your losses, and upgrade to a better ski. That's what I had to do

    The FX & VX do not have the same motor as such......lots of different internals, plus the ECU is different mapping. Only one way to do this mod.....and that is to put a complete FXHO motor along with ECU in....get searching those breaker yards!
