plug and pisser problems with my ultra
i have two questions reguarding a 2000 Ultra 150 with 45 hours.
1. One of my cylinders, i think the first one (closest to the front) is running pretty lean. When i took the plug out a little bit of smoke came out and the plug was black. The rest looked tanish and a little wet which i think is ok. what is the cause of this?
2. When I'm hooked up to the hose my front pisser isn't shooting water more than an inch or two from my hull. And in the back, above the pump, I'm not sure if water is suppose to be coming out of all those holes or what (pictured below). But it looks like water should be coming out of the center one as well.
I wonder if there is any way that these two issues are related. I'm new to this and just want to make sure everything is working properly for summer. Thanks in advance for your help.

The best way to tell if it's rich or lean, is to pull the head and look at the piston wash. If you post a clear pic of the tops of your pistons on here, we can help you determine what it is doing. Plug color can be deceiving.
