    Question IMPROS

I mailed my prop to IMPROS with the service request form and they should have received it last tuesday.

I don't think anything is wrong, but i emailed them to make sure they received it and to ask about an estimated time of completion and haven't heard anything back.

I kind of expected some sort of communication letting me know that they had gotten it.

Anyway, can someone who has used IMPROS tell me about how long it usually takes and if my experience is typical.

Please don't think i am complaing or unsatysfied, i'm just anal and would like some peace of mind

    Thumbs up IMPROS

Took about a month for my impeller to get back to me. I called and also had difficulty reaching someone. When I did receive it back the work was done very well. Be patient!

maybe they just love me at Impros (spent $$$$)
but I usually get a 2-5 day turnaround plus shipping.

I would really NOT want to wait a few weeks.. our season is so
    frickin short anyway
