There is even a spreadsheet listing every Polaris PWC model.

You can finds lots of info in the existing posts and threads in the Polaris forums using the Search function.

The 1999 SLX was the Polaris high performance model of that year (rated 120HP), other than the race oriented Pro 785.

It came stock with the extended ride plate, extended jet pump, NuJet impeller. Overall other owners have reported that the SLX is fast, light and nimble, and fun. Top speed is probably 60-ish, measured with a GPS.

Another Greenhulk member is selling his 2000 SLX, which is very similar, but with a slightly larger engine.

What other info are you looking for?
Like K447 mentioned, the SLX will do about 61 gps, they turn very well, not sure how big your Seadoo is,but I'm pretty sure the SLX will turn faster,if not-some sponsons will help.
Any 2 seater will have a harder time staying in the water than a 3 seater.Intake grates help alot .
In my opinion the SL polaris is very stable and very good all around, you need to at least ride one for it's fun factor.
