    2006 15f ?

im thinking of buying a 2006 kawski 15f . i own a 2008 sho and this will be for my wife to ride. I never owned a kawaski i want something reliable, stable and can go offshore without spending alot like my boat.
    is this a good choice?

All depends on how much and how big the offshore riding is

    yes it can do it,
But not as easy as lets say a ultra lx

yes the 15f is a lighter ski for playing on in general, but wont handle the rough as good.

    Agree.
The LX is very stable and reliable. And will handle the rough with the best of them, just not as fast...

Own a 2009 15f. Have been VERY pleased with the ski. Fun, dependable, and the best bang for the buck. Paid 7500 for it. Only one complaint. The seating is not as comfortable as some of the other skiis.

Kawi's are supper reliable and nimble. Especially since they are N/A skis, you don't have to worry about supercharger maintenance.

She might not like the chop as much as you do on the SHO. It is very flat on the bottom and can seem rough at times. It is a reliable craft though. I know some women that love them but for my wife she traded it in for a HO for comfort and to cut through the chop. Plus it comes with a cup holder
