R&D power plenum 1300 measures??? Please help!

Is there anyone out there who have the R&D power plenum and could measure the total size from the oem inlet where the plenum are fitted to the end of the plenum..

Why I wonder, is because Iīm building a Yamaha Exciter jetboat with 2xGp1300r engines and the engine bay isnīt that big, so the size between the engines isnīt enought for the oem plenum...

Would be glad if someone could measure these dimensions and also the total lenght and height.

    Thanks! [/u]

This is the r&d race flame arrestor right?

Mine measures 16 3/4" long, 5 1/2" tall, and it sticks out 3 1/4" out from the end of the throttle bodies once mounted but you will need about 4" clearance to push it onto the throttle body when you mount it.

Actally Iīm not sure? the "part" name is R&D power plenum!
    As seen in picture below:

Is it possible to run separate filters on the gp1300? What about the EFI and the tempsensor?
Where do I buy those? havenīt seen anything just for the gp1300??

Of course if it possible I rather run that setup, maybe cheaper but most of all more space.. something I donīt have so much off....

Wrong, all gp1300r's have an inlet air temperature sensor, but from 04 onwards they are incorporated into the atmospheric pressure sensor that is mounted under the cowling just behind the front storage box. Did you really think that removing the box let more air in? What this does is allow the intake sensor to get a cooler reading, as heat rises and tends to give a false reading of temperature in this position. I have relocated my sensor back down to just in front of the power filter. REXA.

Understood, but the question was If he forgot to plug in the sensor. The 03s DO have a seperate air temp sensor that goes in the air box.

To my knowledge no one makes individual filters...I have been looking...I thought about making some adapters.
