15/20 solas impellor hard too turn after install

after my install of the solas 15/20 impellor, it doesnt want too spin like the stock impellor. My jet pump is out by the way, installing stage 2 It looks like 2 of the blades are rubbing on the wear ring. Is this normal? I torqued it to spec, according to the manual, 92 lbf ft. I just installed the pump to see if it will start and maybe clear itself up ( as 1 of my friends told me to try it) we also wanted to hear how it would sound anywaze, it is chewing up the wear ring. I also put my pump in the freezer to flip the wear ring around. Any ideas would be appreciated

If its extremely tight I ussualy file the areas that are rubbing before running it but since you have already ran it you may as well leave it alone.

Start the ski in the water or spray some XPS lube on prop and wear ring before first start. The wear ring will melt if you don't and you will more than likely need to replace it.

couldnt start the ski in the water. Im waiting on my RE blockoffs. It already melted a little bit , so i might as start my ski up again. Will spray some lube next time if i have to install another wear ring
