    needle bearings on rebuild kit

    I just got my rebuild kit for the SC and seen all those little needle bearings. I am not rebuilding the SC yet, but figured get the info now. Soo what is the best way to install all those little bearings and also rebuilding the SC. THanks for any help

    The replacement set of bearings should be held together with wax and a paper strip. Peel the paper strip off. Then wrap the bearings around the shaft right above the bottom ceramic disc.

    Peter, the needle bearing should have come on a wax backing. Just wrap that around the shaft and push them down into the gear area. (make sure you have 40 of them)
    The wax coating melts away after initial startup.
