Need SHO impeller advice:
I want to make sure I'm getting the right impeller for my SHO:
I'm gonna do the following mods all at once:
Power plenum air filter
Intake manifold upgrade
BOV w/ multi port adaptor
Is the 12/22 impeller the right choice? Also- is the shaft holder the only tool I need to change impellers?

I had a few more mods(IC spacer & cooling kit) than you're planning when I tested this, but I think 13/22 is the ticket. Not sure if R&D has a part # for 13/22, but they buy stock Skat props & repitch them in-house, so they should be able to do it if it's not listed. Come cooler winter weather, your revs might be over 7550 with this pitch, which will make the boost limiter kick in but you'll probably be ready for more mods by then. You should be well off the rev limit though.
You will need the shaft tool, prop tool(should come with the prop) & a bench vice. You will need a 27mm closed end wrench(preferably 6 point) & breaker bar to remove the stock prop. If you use a crescent wrench or open end wrench you will most likely damage the stock prop with the amount of torque required to remove it. The prop tool with the Skat will require a 1" closed end wrench. Again, if you use an open end wrench with the prop tool you will most likely warp it. You'll also need a small allen wrench(don't remember the size) to tighten the set screw on the Skat prop cone.
