    Kawasaki Ultra 360R

    Hi Follks

Few of you guys know we are busy working on a Project called 360R.

We are testing every day now (snowmobile season is over so we have time)

For the first i will show you a pic. I don't want to show all details before we have "Ready to Use product"

I rebuild 4 engines last days, it was similar work as Skip is actually doing with all that parts he has in his workshop.

Tech Spec and what part i use i will post later when i have more time.

We are following two versions of 360R Offshore and CC

Offshore is Turbobased and based on 250x and CC is everything expect turbo and based on 260x (like pulley kit, engine mods and....)

I spend over 28K USD on work, parts and testing last 7 month.

I made some rules for this project that i have to follow:

    - Fuel: European 95octane fuel must be used. (ist a standard fuel on most gas stations)
    - Speed: Offshore max 79mph (that is a nice number, also for recreation riders) and for CC i am looking first for acceleration then for speed)
    - Using most stock part as possible are rebuilding stock parts
    - Price. max costs must be under 21.500 EUR its the same price what HSR-Benelli use for there nonworking R8 6cyl (All work, parts, pwc and other stuff is included)
    - Economy it doesnt make sense to build a rocket and to burn 90l of fuel in 20 minutes! so fuel economy is a point

hey branix like the sound of your projects ..... Don't know if you are aware but i would not run 95 european (octane) with pully kits etc as this is only equal to about 91 US octane which is the MINIMUM requirement for the ski . i was made aware of this on here

    POST 50
, euro octane is measured in RON and US in MON or PON
if it is US rated and not RON i apologize for sticking me nose in but i always use 98 or 99 euro rated octane just to be sure

european 95 are in us i think 91

i tested it with R&D pulley and it works but i don't like R&D pulley so i will use other one with rebuilded stock injectors.

I EU (European Union) most gas station have 100-102 octane(RON) fuel,
so people can use it, but in eastern europe 95 is on most gas stations so it must work there to.

I know i have done 9 tests with diff fuels octanes and 100 octane was the best and i tell all customers to use 100 octane but i think you know how people are they use what they get

    yes

we have many preorders for the offshore version (turbo based) and we must give a 1 year warranty also

In this case i am going sure that product is really working without problems.

All 360r will have aftermarket parts like intake grate, sponsons, steering unique paint and many many other stuff which works fine.

I tested 4 sponsons last days and 3 are shit
only riva worked very fine form me but it looks i will redesign it also.

we have many stock ultras on stock for this project so if everything is working fine we will start building this product in next 5-7 weeks
