a little low on the MPH with mods

. . .With the mods listed in my sig, ( minus the ride plate holes being filled), I was only able to squeak out 72.9. Water temp 53. 8120 RPMS. The Fuel pressure was set at 62. THE airfuel ratio running between 13.8-12.4.

Seemed to cavitate a little out of the hole too. Lined up against a modded RXT-X and got smoked out of the hole. Then crawled past him on top end.

I don't have a boost gauge. Running a used x charger with under 40 hrs on it. Thought I'd be in the upper 70's. Any help appreciated!

KISS: hows the wear ring and are you running a solid front mount. just cause the wear ring is metal doesnt mean the impeller wont wear Check the clearance. Yamahas Have metal wear rings and the impeller wears as the wear ring crushes in with corosion. Yours could be wearing as the pump flexes and the engine moves. Just my thoughts
