    High RPM`s

After reading many threads here, what are you guys considering "high" RPM`s?

    stock?
    modded?
    BB?

with my mods I`m spinning 7280-7290 in 52* air and cold waters with a 14\20 trued and balanced...
I would have to say the R`s will come down some in the summer heat...

From what I have been told by Tommy Jordan long long ago, the 1200s are happy in the 7250-7300 RPM range and the 1300's are happy in the 7150-7200 range.

And you are correct, you will lose some RPM's in the summer.

I would wait till you see some summer heat and see where the RPM's drop to. Sounds like your pretty close Andy

Thank you Billie! from the 2 GPR guru`s here locally they gave me the thumbs up when riding alongside shouting numbers back and forth. I haven`t dialed in the efi controller precisely yet, but the way it is is balls a flyin! well for me anyways!
